As a SoCal born, Indiana based blues rocker, The California Kid started playing in his best friend's garage in Saugus, CA with a stereo as an amp, and bread-ties for guitar picks. Most of the parents and teachers surrounding them would yell "You're not any good! You should stop trying to play!" After attempting to poorly cover Metallica and Pearl Jam, Brendan turned his attention to what he loved listening to most with his father, classic rock and blues.
Brendan is making his mark on the Midwest, putting his own touch on many standard blues riffs and cuts from the past 30-50 years. Original songs in tow, Brendan has worked with hundreds of professional musicians, on stage, and in the studio.
