Born 26th August 1990, at Bai-Sombe, to justice, Chief Ekoko Ben Duala and of Serah Lobe, Dee-Baba (Duala-Ekoko Emmanuel), fell in love with Music at an early age because of his father wo always sang.After finishing his primary education at the Parents Mountain School (P.M.S) Buea. He went to Baptist High School (B.H.S) Buea for secontary education were he started writing musics. He also attended MACBICOL and Lycee de Muea.he started performing comedy in churches doing (gosple comedy).He later joined and accapella group in church where we performed at verious gosple concert. He recorded his first single entitled "njomba", in 2013 along side the laugh therapy comedy show were performed as a comedian. He studied Cisco(CCNA) at Goodmann and later enrolled at the university. "Awumbele" is one of his inspirational hit songs of many to come. Dee-Baba also popularly called Duala loves people, likes helping those in need, loves listening to Music and is always ready to learn. All the glory be on to the lord.
