Erinn Brown is an accomplished singer/songwriter, guitarist with 3 well received Cd's of original music. Her music is a rootsy hybrid of Rock, Soul and Blues.
Erinn grew up in a musical household, loved playing in jazz band and her conservatory vocal studies so she moved to Boston to pursue her musical endeavors.
After graduating Berklee College of Music, Brown sang for rock cover bands while writing her own material. Hunter's Moon, an acoustic trio of songwriters established in 1996, helped Erinn develop her interpretive style in singing both cover and original songs. Erinn's debut album, Road Signs to The Sun, was released in 1999. After almost a decade of different band formations and envisioning her new project, Erinn ‘2N’ Brown released her studio record (with 14 musical guests), Don’t Forget About It in June 2008. During that recording, Erinn and her good college friend, Steve Peabody reconnected. That is when The Erinn Brown Band solidified, giving her recorded material a different feel. They recorded their ‘live in the studio’ cd: Erinn Brown Band, Ruled My Life, in 2011.
Erinn and her band have performed for festivals in Boston and the North Shore: Marblehead Festival for The Arts, Salem Jazz and Soul Festival, Boston Music Festival, Deerfield Festival, NH., Hampton Beach Seafood Festival and at the Stratham Festival in NH. In 2018, Erinn opened up for Sophie B. Hawkins at Amazing Things Arts Center, in Framingham, MA. Erinn Brown has performed at popular Massachusetts venues in Boston/Cambridge as well as New York, Washington, D.C. and Austin, TX. She continues to perform on the east coast.
The Erinn Brown Band (2N, Randy Leventhal, Steve Peabody and Alison Keslow) will be releasing a studio EP. There is no date for the release of Brown’s next Cd with new originals but it is coming soon.
